How does one convert a platform (agaisnt which the suite is built) to an
update center distribution (i.e., nbms with the updates.xml)?

This is useful if the suite is built for a customized platform (rather than
the recent IDE platform) so that the entire netbeans update center is not
linked. Moreover, rather than the user application downloading the latest
platform module, it is better to download the eaxct module for which it was
tested. Thus, the customized platform against which the module was built
needs to be available as an update center.

It would be nice to know of an ant task that does this.
