Problem Creating Entity Classes From Database

Hi guys

i have the following problem.
I want to create entity classes from an oracle 10g database using netbeans 6.5.1.
I can connect to the database with an oracle thin driver (ojdbc14.jar).
Now i use the functionality create entitiy classes from database, select the database connection, select some tables,
create a persistence unit but in the end Netbeans only creates Interfaces without any content. No members, no annotation, just the interface which has the same name as the table.

Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong?
