Hi,
in older versions NB has nicely generated index.php, if new php
project was created.
Why was it removed from IDE? I've found it very useful, especially for
short living testing projects

if so, it's a bug. Please, report an issue [1] with steps to reproduce.

I'm sorry. I've deleted userdir and the feature was back again. No
idea, why it was gone.
