Problem with maven and nb platform application (same jar in more the one module)

I'm writing a nb platform application using maven
The application has two modules that have some jar libs in common.
If I define the <scope>compile</scope> in both pom.xml, during runtime nb complains for multi definition among modules of the same library.
Ifthe scope is provided when I run the application I have ClassNotFoundException.


How can I do, and If I have to, how can I create a library wrapper (and should I provide also non direct dependencies)?
