6.7.1 Maven, war project. How to deploy without doing a "run"?

Hello,

This question relates to Netbeans 6.7.1. For a couple of months I was working with a project created using the "Web Application" wizard. I believe this could be called a NetBeans/Ant based project.

Now I've been forced to recreate my project as a Maven Web Application.

One major feature I'm now missing is Deploy on the context menu of the Project. This would (re) deploy my application. What I have to do now is "Run" which fires off my web browser each time. I'm want the web browser the first time, but not on subsequent deployments.

Hopefully someone will register what I am getting at and offer me a solution under NetBeans/Maven.
