Please take a look at the TLDs for Woodstock. They have a number of examples of how the event system works. Try a couple of the examples out, and see if the air clears. If you have a specific example of what you are doing, please post it.

hello everybody i need some help i am developing a project using the woodstock framework i am new with this one and i was able to manage the events with some components but the issue comes when i add a table after that all of the other objects that i had added to the app are not able to execute the actions they are suppossed to do they just reload but nothing else happens when i click on one of them no action is done and before adding the table everything was working fine,i was trying to get some values from textfields inside the table and put them in a textfield outside the table but even when i specify through the java code this.textbox1.setText("text here"); all of the objects have been binded to the java source as well so i do not have any idea about what is wrong so if somebody knows how to make the events work fine with woodstock i would appreciate any help....

sorry for my last post- i was ignorant of the fact that the TLD's document can be located at Help -> Javadoc Reference -> Project Woodstock 4.1 Tag Library. I think it is very useful. Thanks for the reference.
