error while building my Java EE application

i developed an application that producese the warning below while parsing the WSDL.
i want to know why this warning and what i could do to get the wsdl parsed without the warning.


[WARNING] schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://localhost:16047/VendorWSService/VendorWS?xsd=1', because 1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not <xsd:schema>.
