Hello,
I am using Netbeans 6.1 and I cannot use the profiler, each time I am getting the error message "Cannot determine build script for project xxx".
I use to be able to profile with earlyer version of Netbeans.
What should I do to fix this?

Hello,
The issue is exactly the same with Netbeans 6.5.
I found a work around, but it's a bug in netbeans.
If you rename nbbuild.xml to build.xml you are able to profile.
Since the default name of the build is nbbuild.xml, it's a bug in netbeans. The profiler should use the actual build name and not a hard coded value.

This looks to me like this issue:
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=154571
It is currently fixed in NB 7.0 dev. builds and scheduled to be part
of NB 64 patch 3
