netbeans6.1 axis plugin not there ?

Hi
I am facing a strange issue
I just downloaded and installed the Netbeans6.1 ide 217.8 Mb in size
added the axis.war to the /autodeploy folder
When click on tools > plugins
I dont see a Axis plugin , i think now it is distributed with 6.1 ???

I tried updating the plugins , i have some issues with proxy settings
then I tried searcing the plugin on http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/
I get error 404 ???

also i get message

But I checked my browser javascript is enabled ... i can use google sugest too
Is there some place i can download the plugin ??
