Smile Need help.

How do you extracting data from an uploaded CSV file. i am developing an sms platform which must send sms to client by selecting the contents of the message from the file. m using NetBeans 6.9 and Glasfish V3 and it is a web based application. My problem is about extracting data and sending it. all the connection are fine. The uploaded file must be stored in a folder on the server.

I have attached the sample of the csv file.

your help will be greatly appriciated.
