What's the process of asking for an upgrade to an external library?
Specifically jsch.

I've discovered a bug where removal of remote forwarding, via
Session.delPortForwardingR(), doesn't actually cause sshd to close
it's forwarding socket or listener.

The bug exists in jsch-0.1.24 and seems to be fixed, at the latest,
in 0.1.39.

0.1.39 is already included in the latest builds of NetBeans 6.5.
