Possible issue/bug/other with NetBeans IDE 7.0 install

Hi,

I'm new to the forums, prompted to join to figure out what I'm experiencing with the latest versions installation I performed three days ago. This version is installed on Windows Vista Home Premium v.6.0 (Build 6001: Service Pack 1)

The issue: When starting a new project, in the categories box I am missing several nodes/categories, or pretty much all except:

Java
Maven
NetBeans Modules
Samples (expandable)

In version 6.9.1 that I have installed on another very old school Windows XP Home Edition 32-bit system, I have the categories mentioned above plus:

JavaFX
Java Web
Java EE
Java Card
Java ME
PHP
Ruby
Groovy
C/C++

So, did I miss something? Is this a bug/glitch, solvable? Can I no longer design in the missing categories in v.7.0? Any answers, suggestions?
