Maven NBM plugin weirdness with wlfullclient JAR

Hi,

I have an NBM module that wraps a JAR module that has many other JAR dependencies in it.

I would like to add a wlfullclient JAR as an additional dependency on the JAR, however it doesn't appear in netbeans\extra\modules\ext (the ext folder of the NBM) if I do that.

The only way I can get wlfullclient to appear in the NBM is if I add the dependency to the NBM module and set the <scope> to runtime. I have tried many other combinations, including enabling OSGi dependencies, and nothing has worked.
