I am using NetBeans for MacOS.
It sometimes prompt me to do updates, and I do them.
However it never seems to update the version number. For example right now I have the latest version according to the update module, however my version number says 7.0.1 while on the website it says there is a 7.1.1.

What does it mean?

Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.0.1 (Build 201107282000)
Java: 1.6.0_29; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 20.4-b02-402
System: Mac OS X version 10.8 running on x86_64; MacRoman; en_US (nb)
Userdir: /Users/nathan/.netbeans/7.0
