Running:
Netbeans 7.1.1
Platform Manager shows:
JDK.1.7 Default
Default JavaFX Platform

I am getting a “JavaFX Launcher Error”, “Exception while running Application” when I run the wizard created program.

Have unstalled all JavaFX and Nebeans and reinstalled, followed the New Project, JavaFX Application instructions.
Accepted all the default install directories.

Program Files (x86) show:
Oracle
JavaFX 2.0 Runtime
JavaFX 2.0 SKD

Can anyone tell me what is going wrong.

Thanks

George

Do the paths in Tools>>Java Platforms>>"Default JavaFX Platform">>JavaFX Tab look right?

Should be:

JavaFX SDK: C:\Program Files\Oracle\JavaFX 2.0 SDK
JavaFX Runtime: C:\Program Files\Oracle\JavaFX 2.0 Runtime
JavaFX Javadoc: C:\Program Files\Oracle\JavaFX 2.0 SDK\docs
JavaFX Sources: C:\Program Files\Oracle\JavaFX 2.0 SDK\rt\lib

Mack06.

I think I see why, could this be it.

From About on NetBeans:
Java: 1.7.0 64 Bit

Control Panel-System:
System type 64 bit

The Tools>>Java Platforms>>"Default JavaFX Platform
SDK and Runtime are in the Program Files (x86) etc folder.

Should I uninstall both Netbeans and the JavaFX and reinstall
the Netbeans and the 64 bit JavaFX ?

Thanks for your help.
George
