I need to move a project with to another PC.

What is the best way of doing this?

1.When the database is derby database with netbeans

2. and the database is an Oracle database

I just want to be able to move it and continue working on it

thanks in advance

I will leave the second item (Oracle) to someone else.

The derby databases associated with NetBeans can be simply zipped (once the database is stopped) and copied to the new location. The databases are located in your home directory under .netbeans-derby Just zip the whole folder. The new NB installation will pick up the databases when they are unzipped.
