Hi,

I am new to netbeans, trying to migrate from Komodo IDE and there's one thing that bugs me...would be great if there was a way to do what I want:

Say I have a file opened from /folder1/folder2 and now I want to open another file (file - open file / ctrl + o). I am used to the dialog to open straight in /folder1/folder2.

Now let's say I switch to a different tab, to a file from /folder1/folder2/folder3. If I now try to open a file, the file dialog should open in /folder1/folder2/folder3.

In netbeans, the last opened location is used, even if I am in a different part of the project now.

Is there a way to achieve this in Netbeans IDE? A config option or plugin maybe?
I am aware of the ctrl+shift+2 shortcut to show the file in the files toolbar but before trying to unlearn my current way of opening files I thought I should try asking for help.
