Did not answer because i have not seen that someone posted.
I just recompiled the felix framework 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT but i did not
find any line in the pom.xml regarding this jsr14
Sorry again for not answering earlier, i was working all time with
JDK6 so it was "working". But i fear this problem will also exist when
there is no jdk6 support anymore :/

The latest trunk version has removed the jsr14 target. If you want to
use any of the released 4.0.x versions then you'll have to recompile
without that target. When the next Felix 4.2.0 framework is released, it
will target JDK5 and should work without issue on JDK7.
