The following text might disturb you. So, relax, and don't take it all to serious.

I like the fact, that there is a forum. One, that uses PHP, for topics of a Java IDE, which as well can be used to develop Java EE applications. Oh, well. What a coincidence! I already read, that you want to provide the best forum functionality possible. So, this might be the reason.

The forum is somehow synchronized with a mailing list. Awesome! A feature, that a lot of people won't miss. But why do only I get those mysterious E-Mails, when I post in the forums?

Code:

Your message for list nbusers@netbeans.org has been forwarded to editor(s)

No automatic notification, if someone has answered to one of the discussions I have started or participated in. Might be my fault. I need to change the defaults, or something.

And the forums seem to have only a small community. Not much communication in the general sections. Mostly new users asking somewhat stupid or specialized questions, which won't be answered, because there is noone getting paid to do so.

But, the forums have an active spam problem. That fills the gap.
