Is it possible to create (shell) actions on the selected file in the editor or on a selected file in the file list dialogue (right click menu).

For example:
- to open file in third party editor
- to compress javascript file with YUI compresser or min-compressor
- gzip file to file.gz
- format code/css with external (more powerfull) tools
- probably this could be used for spellchecking or translating
