What is the easiest and hopefully the fastest way to, from the source code, have a instance of Netbeans 7.1 RC2 SDK IDE running from a project within Netbeans 7.1 RC2 SDK IDE.

I'm starting a new project it's called Nestroia and it is hosted @ www.Nestroia.com it is a project which as a goal wants to develop some much needed FREE LIVE applications in Java in an Open source fashion. I have three projects that I am currently working on:

Design and Implement a Free Live SDK IDE. I have chosen Netbeans to be the IDE I use since it is Open Source and is modular which can make it very light under the correct implementation.

Design and Implement a Free Live HTML/CSS/XHTML Editor.
Design and Implement a Free Live 2D/3D Graphical Suite.

If you want to help keep in touch through twitter. Thanks and all help is greatly appreciated.
