Hello to all.

I've got problem with running composer, bower etc. directly from Netbeans.
I have composer.json / bower.json in root folder, but Netbeans can't see it. Or it can, but not when running commands.

It looks like that Netbeans thinks, that project url is apache root url and creates dependencies in root, not in project (see attachment).

And if running bower it ignores .bowerrc.

When I run these commands directly from cmd, there is no problem.

Netbeans 8.2, Windows 10, 64-bit, xampp, php 7, Apache root D:\Develop,
And I am testing it on Symfony project...

Thank you for you answers!

Hi kamil.pesek!
Could you please provide a screenshot of NetBeans settings window with your Composer/Bower settings? IMHO the problem may be between executable files and NetBeans settings.
Sincerely,

Also the message from NetBeans is clear: seems like you already have a composer.json file at your project root, so composer init will overwrite your existing file Wink

Hi, maybe I am missing something, but I found only this - see attachment.

The problem is not that netbeans doesn't see the file(s), problem is, when it calls some command in cmd, eg. bower install. See previous attachment and top right corner (it's for composer but the result is same).

It looks like it doesn't see the files because it searches for it in bad directory. And I need to run these commands in project dir, not root.

No one?
My problem is simple. When I run Bower install from Netbeans, it can't see bower.json file, even if there is that file. It looks like bower install command is run from bad directory (from root).
