How do I add HTML to my IDE without overwriting my JDK version?
sorry if this question seems trival. I do not want to run into unforeseen complications. Also the tools>plugins pane feels a little daunting for me.

I specifically have java projects that must be compiled with JDK 7 for school assignments and I want to add HTML / possibly PHP to my IDE without ruining the JDK version or essentially change the state of my IDE.
Can I just go to this page -> https://netbeans.org/downloads/index.html and click download in the third column ?

thank you for your patience
